Workout 2 on Saturday Morning.
ReplyDelete103 pushups and 6 complete laps. I finished the sixth lap and just pushed to 103 when my timer went off.
Damn good workout. 1.5 miles and 100+ pushups in 20 minutes. Can't beat that!
Workout 3 Sunday after the kids went to bed. My time was 7:57. Started off okay but the pullups killed me. I ended up having to cheat on the last half of each set. The lunges weren't bad until the last set. My legs are now shot.....hopefully climbing into a treestand tomorrow morning won't be an issue!
