Training:
A. Squat Snatch - 5,5,5,5,5; rest 3 min
B. 1-10 HSPU Ladder for time
C. 10 sets of 30 unbroken double unders for time

MDP:

A: 135,145,150,155,160
B: 12:25
C: 8:13

HSPU are one of my weakness and I need to work on these more.
