    10 min - muscle up skill work
    +
    5 sets @ high effort:
    15 burpees
    20 unbroken chin ups
    25 GHD Sit ups
    rest 2 min - add 30 sec to rest time b/t sets/set

    First Muscle up ever today!!! Reps out 10 singles after the first one. Could keep the false grip to go for multiple.
